RS ,
I marvel at your interest in cricket ... My family is a cricket lover too .
did you play cricket as a kid back in India ? ...represented your school college etc ?
Indians have taken up cricket here in the United States as well .... wonder if you know how successful that is .....

Not just cricket... im interested in soccer, hockey, tennis, chess & olympic events too.
yes, i did play cricket for school, college ... & do play club matches here in USA.
USA cricket has some stupid people leading it...& lot of politics up there which is why cricket is suffering in USA...else there are some very talented cricketers out there. What USA needs is someone like Kerry Packer, Stanford or Bukhatir (Sharjah) to really take USA to the next level. The clubs & the zones here are too divided in idealogies to unite under one roof & try & make cricket popular in USA. Showcasing IPL in USA could be one good step...to make it popular.

here..it is not just Indians..but there are pakistanis, west Indian, british , Bangladeshi folks also involved big time in cricket.... & thats the biggest problem...like u said..too many chefs..
what they need is one billionaire or one rich outfit like BCCI to run the show... & the rest will fall into place.
