SIMI should be banned and its founder who is a chair of some department at the western illionois university here in the USA ,should be arrested and tried in the Indian courts.
bullocks..rss is not a radical organization and does not warrants a ban.if you are a hindu, then i must say you are retarded.
i mean the basic nature of Islam is "khilafa" ie the islamic union.Islam is nothing but a kind of an army,it is a revolutionary system. To fight that we need systems like RSS in place.i mean are you nuts???? first do some religious studies.listen to lectures on Islam by Israr ahemed of karachi..then talk man..do not waste time of intellectuals such as me and others.

This is just ridiculous. There is no parallel between SIMI and RSS. The former is anti-national while the latter is a patriotic association. Self-flagellation seems to be something at which Hindus like you excel.

All religions say to love each other, but some selfish persons use banner of religion only for their own / political gains.
We are all Indians but RSS wants Biharis to get out of Maharastrs WHAT TYPE OF PATROTISM IS THIS?, and makes all sorts of monkey tricks to irritate people of other faith, they are not real Hindus but deceive Hindus for their won selfish goals. The same thing is with SIMI.
No real Hindu or a Christian or a Muslim or a person of any other faith would accept them.

Wonder what the correlation is between RSS and Simi. Unfortunately , you can trust a hindu to come up withsuch ridiculousproposals, never will you find a muslim or christian talk such about their own.
dude..hindus were never united and rss has united them..on the contrary the basic nature of islam and christianity is to unionize..hence the hindu stand..i hope this simple logic fit in to your prok eating head..

I asked you a question 2 days back, but you didn't answer it. Let me tell you something simple. RSS is a voluntary organization for Hindu volunteers who work on social issues mostly.
There are over 60,000 shakhas (branches) that are held in open grounds, in broad daylight. You should plan on attending one to understand if they really practice or teach what you think they do. RSS is a casteless, Hindu organization that even has branches in other countries. In Mauritius for example, it's called as MSS (Mauritius Swayamsevak Sangh) and in Myanmar/Burma it is called as Sanatan Dharma Swayamsevak Sangh (SDSS).
Since RSS works without any regional basis, you are mistaken that what MNS is doing is that of RSS.
Regarding 'selfish' people, these have served India and it's states already as leaders. Compared to general Indian political level, most of these are competant & show enough integrity.
Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Lal Krishna Advani, Narendra Modi, Shivraj Singh Chauhan, Pramod Mahajan, Gopinath Munde, Ram Prakash Gupta, Uma Bharathi, Ananth Kumar and B.S. Yeddyurappa.
Now let me see how many SIMI branches are there, what they teach/do and how many of them are mainstream politicians.
The basic nature is millitant. The basic nature of christianity is monopoly. The above two religions qualify people as believers and non belivers.and dumbstands like yours call a hindu organization radical? how else non christians and non muslims should unite?

I think the news is slightly mis-leading. The centre has obtained a stay against the tribunal's order from the Supreme Court against lifting the ban on SIMI. Notices have been isssued to concerned parties and the status quo continues despite the tribunal's order.

It's just food for lawyers and newspapers. It makes no difference whether SIMI is banned or not banned. If banned the same guys would call theselves Indian Jehadis or some Arabic-sounding name and continue with whatever gets them off.
The real meat is in POTA (Prevention of Terrorism Act) and that is not in force. They should really bring that back if they are serious about fighting terrorism. All this post-mortem work (who called whom from what cell phone and at what number, licence plates of the stolen cars etc., IP addresses of stolen internet accounts, etc). Innocent people are dead by that time.
Not that POTA is the complete answer, but it does strengthen the hands of intelligence and law enforcement folks.

You must be kidding. Why would p-secs bring POTA? Why shold they lose votes of the "secular" minority? Look at the reaction of Laloo and Mulayam - thye want to lift the ban on SIMI. CONwallahs think they lost their footing in UP because Mulayam took away one big vote bank and Mayawati took the other. They are trying to recover their losses (by hugging Mulayam, Paswan, Amar Singh and Laloo). They will continue with this line of thinking until voters start voting in the best interest of the country rather than for religion, caste, TVs, loan write-offs and free electricity, etc.
