The Indian Judiciary is an Ass. If you go to the front, it will bite, if you go the rear it will kick. This is the sum and substance of some of the pronouncements of the Judges of the Supreme Court on the dispensation of justice by the presiding officers of the lower courts in India. That is why, Sonia being Italian, I consider Sonia as Mother Mary the Virgin Mother, come to India, to save the toiling masses from the clutches of poverty, and penury.

India is supposed to be a shining example of democracy and freedom. But...this is what happens IF you say anything remotely antagonistic against a ruling elite. Of course, the result would have been the same even if it had been against Modi or Advani... Any law can be twisted to hoist a case. Only in India, the resolution will be longer than with the Guantanamo cases.
Besides, it wont take much to find out which CHer ranted against which politician - IF the Indian Govt. wants to find out. I can tell EXACTLY how it can be done with little effort and that is why I am not telling here.
