My suggestion buying from Sampath raju and his website www.metrodevelopers.net not to buy any property from them,as he has cheated us and found eh has also cheated several other people.
Here is a sugestion for you and I hope it helps. If you are an NRI, write to the minister responsible for NRI affairs and send a copy to the chief secretary, govt. of AP. Then take a copy of that letter to the Commissioner of Police of Cyber City and ask him to help (or to suggest ways to deal with the situation). He is wellknown to have helped others who were cheated in the past. He will ask you to file a formal complaint, if he decides to help you. Good luck.

Sorry to hear your state of affairs...file a complaint with Consumer Court of the payments made to them and the promises that they were unable to keep with you deal. India works in that way either approach Lok Ayukta for help. They will surely take care of your needs.
