I was on L1 with Company A and my wife was on L2. I changed my company from A to B in OCT and my visa form L1 to H1. I applied for my wife change of status I-539 in dec 07 ( Case still pending). In March 08 I changed company from B to C and transfer my H1 to new company. Now i am confused with my wife status. Her Intial Change of status application is still in process and should i apply for new change of status application. Does she still have valid statusL2 to H4 status change
