Let us just assume that your mother does not fill out SOME form... What do you think will happen ? Your mom will not be allowed to leave US (and forced to accept GC?), not allowed to enter India and will be made to stay/live in the Hyderbad Airport?or held up in London/Brissels/Frankfurt and fored to live there ?
Get real... You are a 28 yr old girl and if you are THIS way now, you will be deep, deep trouble as and when your daughter travels alone in another 20 years.
