as an adult I have been trying this for several years now.
This is really funny.
According to my limited knowledge of human biology and related pathalogy.Human brain grows/develops up until the age 12-13..This is why we are smarter than other animals who tend to grow up very quickly there by not allowing enough time for cognitive memory.."logic" as we call it,to develop. An elephant is an exception to some extent. And this is perhaps why we hindus perform pooja alongside lord Ganpati.Elephants have shown extreme long term memory and learning abilities.
It would be safe to say that before the human beings, elephants must have been the smartest animals on this earth.
The name "Ganpati" itself suggests the who can think unilaterally yet in all directions.
Breat Milk is nothing but another type of sweaty secretion coming out of a woman.Breast glands are overdeveloped or specially developed sweat glands which only work during pregnancy and some time afterwords. So the famous hindi dialogue " mera khun pila kar bada kiya hai..mera baccha" falls very true.Sweat, breat milk it all one..
I do not know whether Breast feeding boosts IQ or not. But this much I know. The human brain is fully developed by the time the infant reaches the age of three. And according to some very old fashioned gynecs. it is essential for the babies to be breast fed till they are three years old. Their latter developments in the scholastic field is directly proportional to the number of years they were breast fed.
Another thing that I heard a Sanyasin telling his flock is not to have a Caesarian Section if their wives can bear the pain of a normal delivery. According to him a normal delivered child is more 'go getting' than a baby that has been taken out of an opened "BOX"

Depends on who you were trying to breastfeed all these years. If both were congenital idiots (IQ < 20), no amount of trying will boost IQs - theirs or yours.
