2, 10, & 11 do not seem right. (11 has an elongated O)
9 - you are in the general area (it's actually upper arm --- many Telugu movie songs have sandiTlo paTTestan, nokkestaan type usage)
15 -- you are close enought to be right. It's a cloth tied around the waist. Remember the song that toddlers are taught:

Isn't Dattichu(= to pack tightly) an extension of Datti?

Answer to # 11 is correct. Others are off. On # 8 soft "t" is used. For hard "t" I use "T." For example "banTu" (peon) and "banti" (ball).
For 6, is the word SriikanThuDu or SriikAnthuDu? I guess I gave the meaning for the latter? For the former it must be someone who wears Sri on his neck. Is one of the meanings of Sri the halaahalam that Shiva drank?
Yup. Besides Lakshmi, "sri" also means poison / venom. There are lot of people in Bangalore / Mysore area named SriikanThayya (i.e., Siva, who holds poison in his throat / neck)
Interesting. Name SriKanth is used to mean husband of sri or one who owns sri(or Lakhsmi) .
Neelakanteshwara is a commonly used name in AP but I did not know that SriKanttayya is for Siva.
