A few years ago, I worked for this woman and her husband in Louisiana named Bhanuban and Arvidkumar Patel. Ms Bhanu used to cook daily and invite me to eat with them. My favorite dish made by her was some sort of mashed potato ball that was a little spicy but wonderfully delicious! I asked her to give me the recipe but her English was limited to a few spoken words, no writing.
