You can make one if your good at baking.. using 1/3 cup water and 1 table spoon  flaxseed oil as 1 egg substitute.

If baking is a pain. I highly recommend wholefoods egglesscake..its all organic ingredients and tastes great!

I was in Dallas, Texas for few years and Hot Breads in that area had eggless cakes.  I am sure if you have Hot Breads in your area will have one too.

Call bakeries in your area and see if they bake eggless cakes.
I think wholefoods will make eggless cakes if you talk to them in advance.

...AND POST here...

What will they use instead of eggs to make the cake soft ? They can use egg substitutes - but that is cheating as they are also from eggs.

So what will be the trick?

Uppili:

We have dispensed with eggs for making cakes.  Not because we are vegetarians.  Once when I was boiling two eggs hard boiled for my breakfast one egg  broke into two and a half formed chick with feathers and almost all the characterestics of a full formed chick came out of the broken egg, dead.  The entire kitchen was having a foul smell for a long time.  From then onwards eggs are just not allowed into the house.

The trick lies in the recipe.  Instead of the eggs my wife adds one tin of condensed milk, (Milkmaid would do)  and about half to three quarter bottle of sparkling club soda to mix the flour.  After the dough is prepared she uses an old Bajaj Baking Oven (round) circa 1978, to bake the cake.  Two days back she baked a cake with lots of cashew nuts and it was a treat.  It was very spongy and had even brown colour and we enjoyed  eating it.

just use paneer (cheese from curdling the milk) in place of eggs.
