I purchased a flat in Silver City Noida in Dec'08 at as high rate as 4200/sq ft. Initially Azam

Mohd was very polite to me and my family and did the best job ever in showing his marketing

skills. Thats his job so no worries. But what I would like to bring in your notice is the

cheating and the rudeness which they showed towards me and my family exactly on the day Entire

payment was completed. Azam showed total disrespect for Elders, arrogance and rudeness towards

ladies. He was behaving as if he is the CEO of Silver City and I am a mere begger at his mercy.

He and his team miscalculated my payment and I ended up paying Rs 5000 extra. When I raised this

issue and requested them to reimburse me the extra charges then they said."Aap hamare upar mat

chado" Its your mistake that you did not check the breakup properly. Its not our responsibility

to prepare proper breakup." I was stunned and totally shocked at his rudeness and behaviour. He

further threatened me by saying that he will not get finisings,cleanings to be done in my flat

if I raise my voice on this extra payment issue. Never in my life I felt so miserable and so

helpless because I cannot put safety of my family or the tanents on stake by getting into

conflict with this man Azam Azmi.
So Finally I have not got my money back.
Such a shame. So I would advise each of you who are planning to strike a deal with this man that

pls beware of this hipocrat and inhuman being. These people are a black spot on humanity and

country.
