A hung assembly is not in the interest of K'taka people. But that is the price of democracy.

Definetly not i do agree...It depends on how people vote...Do thy consider the party or induvisual while voting

With pseudo-seculars being a solid vote bank and freebies announced by Congress. Congress seems to have the edge.
BJP is hampered by lack of Charismatic Leader. Yediurappa has not shown much action until now.

Sympathy factor has been extinguished, by the passage of time. Congress made sure of that.

Caste politics also plays a role here.

If BJP wins it will be a miracle , and that will depend on Arun Jaitely.

Raw,

People in power use their advantages. those on the other side have to overcome those obstacles.

BJP also showed an unholy desire to grab power by joining with JD -S.

Worst possible situation would be JD-s gains enough seats to continue to play a power broker.

We have seen congress government under Dharam Singh. Totally non functional.
Krishna is different. Congress knew its weaknesses, that is why it brought Krishna back

As my parents are visiting, I subscribed to Sony & zee. I ended up watching the enws last night. According to that news BJP & COngress are going to have similar number of seats. JD will go down.

BJP wil split with the Original Conwallahs in the BJP switching back to Congress.  Karnataka BJP is not like the Gujarat BJP, which consists mostly of the RSS-bred politicians. Karnataka BJP consists a majority of party hoppers from outside. In fact people like Ananth kumar are even being challenged.

Looks like Hegde and SM Krishna were the best after Devraj Urs.

Thanks psuedo.

I just hope for the sake of K'taka people, it is not a split verdict or a hung assembly again.

Why did you subscribe to Hindi channels that dish out Bollywood fare?

Is Rahul Gandhi campaigning there? If yes, BJP will win. :)

Carvaka,

I am assuming you are trying to be funny. But I read that he is drawing good crowds in K'taka.

He is fair.... and Karnataka and Andhra would fall for the Nehru Clan. The TN people are crazy about the Indira Clan - but end up voting for one of the two corruption leaders.

AP remains faithful to Indira like no other state.  K'taka is showing signs of breaking out.  The of dynasty will come when AP breaks from Gandhi family without the galvanizing influence of  NTR.
