The answer is surely a no. All fake data is circulating on China. Quite often they show Romeo type Diesel submarines and claim that they are nuclear. The Chinese still can not built a small nuclear power plant.. In fact last year they had an explosion while trying to build a small nuclear plant for a submarine.DOES CHINA HAVE NUCLEAR POWERED SUBMARINES?

VP-You are a very smart man. There is no doubt about that. China must have nuclear submarines capabilities. Whether or not they have one is not known. They sure have the capabilities because they got the plans from Clinton and Bush in return for loans to the U.S. This is the opinion of most people in the U.S. that follow such stuff. China's space program is the scariest for the U.S.A.
