I don't really knwo so many flours in indian stores too jowar, thi s and that bajra...we only use wheat in SI..

Buck wheat is an amazing food , but is not Ragi and is, apparently not a grass-plant  like wheat and is mostly grown in China now .....the full info is on

what do they use dis for? and in amrica do we get millet  like we get wheat..i hardly seen it? what do americans use millet flour for?
