Why do Gals (most of 'em) cry when scolded!
they cry as though they were ready for it!
the water flows as though a dam is opened?
why ...why....

@BR....actually a new gal in my office was crying...i went to her and asked her...what happ?
she said boss scolded for being late to office..
i tried to persuade her not to cry...but she cried and cried and cried...
i had to then wipe her tears with my handkerchief...take her to a Coffee Day...
and LOL...it took an hour for teh crying process to stop...

may be she was overwhelmed by teh guilt and what made her late at home..crying babies, fighting husbends, angry saas..cud be anyone..so she is letting out all the stress by crying..u see..

Was thinking the same. It's never about the boss scolding. She must already have had a bad night and bad morning.

That;s just unprofessional. If she had to cry, why didn't she do it in the ladies room? Gives us all a bad name!
