The Pleasure The Pain

started by BittuZing 3 mnths ago
The pleasure of eating hot (mirchi) food. The pain in the sphincter next day. This cycle repeats itself over and over again. I eat something HOT and the next day, resolve to stop eating hot stuff. A week or two later, I'm doin it again. Why do I choose to selectively forget this and keep making the same mistake over and over again, is beyond me. Can somebody throw some light on this phenomenon?

BRB. Gotta hit the men's room. Again.

phat gayi literally, Bittu

Perhaps you should start listening to Johnny Cash's - Ring of Fire.

I think you have a sesitive G unit..wash it with some pure desi "dahi" and then apply desi gheee you will feel better.

LOL... you are doomed to doing this for the rest of your life. There is no hope. Once you are raised on spicy desi food, that's it. Of course, you can make the day-after better by drinking things like buttermilk with the hot food.

For some reason I thot all desis were immune to such after-effects. Wouldn't the body be accustomed by now to spicy food?

I'd have thought the same. I've never had such a problemm with spicy food or raw green chillis. But yes, red chillis seem to do me in (if I take them everyday for 3/4 days).

Depends on how spicy, how much, and what else you have with the spicy food. The other day we went to a restaurant called Dhaba. This punju friend of mine and I both ordered "chilli mint naans" because they sounded so different. They had a ridiculous amount of chilli, for bread. The aftereffects were not pleasant for me, but my friend had to call in sick the next day.

I made mint-coriander chutney the other day. Two bunches of coriander, one bunch of mint and friggin 25 green chilis. Ate a dollop of that deadly concoction last night. This morning was a sphincter-death-by-chutney situation.

*never again*. Yeah right.

Shit. You put 25 green chilis with just two bunches of coriander and one bunch of mint? That's too frigging much. I would have put perhaps 5, may be 10 if my wife is not looking.
  BittuZing posted Re:The Pleasure The Pain on 3 mnths ago
Yeah I overdid it. When I cook for the fam, there's NO chili at all. I was making this chutney for myself only, so I figured I'll go a littel crazy. My wife would have put no more than 2 cloves of garlic (none if making for herself). I threw in 5.

Its the same as your Seksorage. Pain and pleasure together and also in the trail;

but the pain never stopped you from asking for more, ain't it?
