Deepika brought in an angle on how AB and his family has started accepting roles where they are murderers or support murderers for whatver be the cause and many people scoffed at her. Actually I think that angle is worth contemplation. Why have they started accepting such roles?
In fact what I found weird was how such a traiditional and ritualistic kind of a family agreed to a role where the son -Abhishek's role - is killed and Amitabh and Ash are mourning his death, attending his funeral, etc.....If I were in AB's place I would NEVER EVER let my son play such a role especially after all that "mangal-amangal" deliberations they had done before his marriage...dont they consider it inauspicious?
Dont you folks consider it so?Sarkar Raj - The funeral

I am sure they consulted an astrologer/jyotish/pundit before accepting such a role, and perhaps also the Peepul tree, the first husband of Ash (or is he dead already ?)

Yeah you never know - they may have been told that if it happens on screen it won't happen off it. You know these pandits say that of women who they may think could get divorced. Get her married to some God or tree etc and then immerse the same in water indicating a break - a break before a break.....I dont know if you got that :)

Ya. While coming back from the movie, I was telling my husband the same thing. That they must be real actors, that the father and son are playing father and son in the movie, in which there is such a plot. Didn't think the wife part, coz she didn't play wife in it.
Having said that, I think you unleashed the biggest movie spoiler on the hapless CH'ers here.
welcome back...we missed you.
