Tomorrow some will say " She is unfit because she can not speak in Sanskrit--or all the languages enshrined in the Indian Constitution because the president is PROTECTOR and UPHOLDER of Indian Constitution. Yaar BOOTA3, no offence but AAP LOG JARA SOCH KE MUNH KHOLA KARO. She is not ill-educated--she is a Post graduate in LAW. If at all she might be ill-informed about your so called NAV VARSH. What an educated & enlightened person you are making such indecent remarks others without verifying facts? Display some restraint and respect to the HIGHEST CONSTITUTIONAL office in India. AZADI KA MATLAB YEH NAHI KI JO AAYA LIKH DO AUR JO MANN KAHE KEH DO. Freedom & democracy demand self diecipline and self-restraint. Otherwise there will be CHAOS in this country. It is already so because People are NOT RESPECTING AUTHORITY--and we are ridiculing them. this is why our DEMOCRACY is such a Mess.

It is not necessary for the President of India to know when Nava Varsh starts all over India. With Karunanidhi introducing a new variant in Tamilnadu, it is confusing the already confused state of affairs or the affairs of the state. There are enough advisors, to give her the advice so that she can greet the different Citizens of India in their different states, in their own language? so that all feel elated that they have been given a Nava Varsh Greeting in their own language thru the electronic and print media.
More important for her is to know and remember when her monthly periods start, so that she is not found in a compromising position, un like her predecessors in the exalted positions of the Indian Government.
