Don't convert to marry, says Muslim seminary.

These guys are a perfect politico-military system. Do whatever is necessary to achieve goals.

a) The question is does this apply to Muslim Woman marrying Non Muslims ?

b) After marrying since one is a Non muslim and other muslims, they will now state, that shariat is applicable,
so the muslim male can marry as many muslims as he wants to, he can say talaq , talaq, talaq and divorce her whenever she wants to. This will be a threat and she wouldn;t be accepted back as a non muslim, so she will be "forced" to conver later. Thus effectively force conversion after marriage.

c) The question is incase the non muslims female wants to bring up the kids as non muslims, will they allow ?

At those times, the street power will be applied. Bravo.

India should make it mandatory that in any inter-religous marriage, both the groom and bride agrees
on what personal law will be used incase there are disputes, and also on how the children will be brought
up. This pre-nupital agreement will be enforced on all disputes arising out of the marriage. Also Shariat courts will be considered to have no validity on these marriages.

You should note that the fatwa does NOT say, "you can get married to a Muslim without converting." It simply says conversion just for the sake of getting married is not a true conversion in "good faith." So the mullahs are not about to accept a Hindu man marrying a Muslim woman (or vice versa) without any conversion. They want the Hindu person to genuinely want to recognize Allah as the one true god and Mohammad as his last prophet, before they will bless their marriage to another Muslim.
