ooops the negative side of me just kicked in,I cannot control it now,mostly it looks like i will get fired,i told you i cannot focus and no one can really help me ,not even a shrink.so it is up to luck,I cannot put concious effort.this cycle will never end and even if ends,,,i won't realize it.suicidal thoughts help me cope with this situation.
