Hon’ble Supreme Court is it proper to pass the judgment just two day’s before IIT- JEE?
On 10th April 2008 the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India has upheld 27% OBC quota in Central Educational Institutions (Reservations in Admission) Act 2006. The timing of the judgment i.e just two day’s before the IIT-JEE 2008 (to be held on coming Sunday the 13th April 2008). It has already disturbed the other students mentally and causing a gloom and frustration among them –they now stopped studying and worried about their chances?
