Apparently, the PM, the president and the defense minister didn't find time to attend his funeral. I suppose hugging and kissing Desh drohis like the Commies is more important.

Even the Service chiefs were ordered not to attend to appease the 'minority' community as he was responsible for beraking up Pakistan. Whats surprising is that even the defence minister AK the "Faint" Antony couldn't make it as he would have "fainted' in the heat anyways...maybe it was good..only true friends and other heros were there to bid him goodbye...
Compared to this..GW would declare a three day state moruning and would be there personally..America knows how to honour its fallen Heros..India has a long way to go...
a salute to this hero.... Padma Vibhushan Sam Hormusji Framji "Sam Bahadur" Jamshedji Manekshaw .
