terrorism is a disease, people who kill unarmed people so that they can go to heaven are not going to improve, they will mostly remain subhuman for ever. Killing them is good, removing their body parts and giving them to folks who can behave in a civic manner will improve their karma; all in all killing Jihadis, their relatives, sympathizers is a good thing for rest of the civilization.
Animal control has to perform some barberic actions for good of the people... and terrorists are definitely worse than animals.
