With tendency to do something different, during 1971, I specialised in treating dying or even dead patients - No charges, if patient did not survive. I felt most tension free at that time. Taking it as part of the profession, I had no reason to be sad on patient's death. No need to bother about sterilisation. No need to bother about location and depth of prick and absolutely no fear of being blamed as negligent. "clean the area with alcohol" is not a very important thing. Even if the prisoner is let off before actual death, any complications can be tackled later. I visited an aged patient and found him just dead. I injected noradrenaline into his chest (heart). For a moment, he was up,"Kujh nahin hoyaa, kehn nu na sado. Mainu kujh nahin hoya" and again dead. Whether the drug actually reached heart or not - why should that bother me?
